We ship globally (excluding a few remote regions and parts of Asia). Orders are processed with care within 1–2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of every seed packet we send. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make it right.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase is required.
3. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number. - Provide Details & Reason
Tell us the product(s) (e.g., Amaranth, Begonia, Celosia) and the reason for your request. This helps us improve and serve you better. - Receive Instructions
We’ll email you within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. - Ship the Item
Please ship the unused, sealed product to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable service. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. - Our Inspection & Processing
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
4. Refund Timeline & Method
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The timing of the credit appearing on your statement depends on your card issuer or PayPal’s policies.
Note: Shipping fees (standard or free) are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity and viability of living seeds, opened seed packets cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy protects all gardeners by preventing the redistribution of seeds whose storage conditions may have been compromised.
This applies to all products in our collection—from Alyssum and Cleome to Artichoke and Chinese Cabbage. Once a seed packet seal is broken, we cannot accept its return.
6. Exchange Requests
Want to swap Coleus for Black Eyed Susan? We’re happy to help! Follow the standard return process and clearly state the item you wish to exchange for. If the new item is of equal or lesser value, we’ll process the exchange once the return is received. For items of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference.
