You may browse and shop for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission. The Eden Brothers Shop name and our curated gardening experience are trademarks of our community.

2. Seeds of Trust: Product Information and Service Description

We specialize in providing high-quality, non-GMO seeds for the home gardener. Our product descriptions—whether for pollinator-friendly varieties that Attract Pollinators or unique finds like Chinese Cabbage—are provided with accuracy and care. However, gardening success depends on many factors beyond our control, such as climate, soil, and cultivation practices. Therefore, while we guarantee the quality and viability of seeds at the time of sale, we cannot guarantee specific growth results or harvest yields.

3. Planting Your Order: Purchasing Terms and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected method.

3.3 Shipping and Your Responsibilities

We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. Please review our shipping options carefully:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivered within 10–15 days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivered within 15–25 days after dispatch.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. Any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Your Obligations: Items must be in original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase. Opened seed packets (e.g., Begonia, Celosia, Coleus) cannot be returned to ensure seed integrity for all gardeners.

  • Refunds: Upon approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

5. Limitation of Our Responsibility
